Notes on this view:

This image was taken at the Grazer Landhaus located in the city of Graz, the capital of Styria, Austria. The city, developed between the Middle Ages and the 18th century, exhibits a blend of various architectural styles. During the 16th century, Italian Renaissance architects and artists undertook much of its design and planning. This included the Landhaus, which was designed by Northern Italian architect Domenico dell’Allio between 1557 and 1565. The building features ornate arched windows and porticos and three-storey arcaded courtyard. This photograph looks out onto a corner of the courtyard from beneath an arch. This site—currently utilized by Styrian Parliament—was, and remains, a popular tourist destination
